- All participants are required to pay the registration fee.
- All fees are in Canadian dollars.
- Full refund (minus PayPal service fee) for registration will be made if cancellation is requested on or before June 1 , 2022; No refund will be issued for the requests after this date.
Registration Fees
NOTE: The Banff Centre requires food and beverage service in order to use their conference space, and the cost per person is approximately $405 (CAD). This cost is included in the registration fee. It covers the breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on July 8, 9 and, 10, an evening reception on July 8, and a banquet dinner on July 9.
